Pardee Homes' Hampton Lane Noted in 2011 SoCal Awards for Neighborhood Design and Individual Achievement
Hampton Lane in San Diego has earned 4 finalist SoCal honors including Neighborhood of the Year; Landscape Design; Signage & Outdoor Space. Refined architecture, inviting outdoor rooms and versatile floor plans helped make the project so notable.

Hampton Lane at Pacific Highlands Ranch in North San Diego County is a finalist in the 2011 SoCal Awards, a designation made by judges who toured the eligible entries.

Hampton Lane earned four finalist honors. They are for Neighborhood of the Year, Small Lot; Landscape Design; Signage and Outdoor Space categories. Pardee's LivingSmart Homes in Santa Clarita also earned finalist honors as Neighborhood of the Year, Green Community/ Suburban, and Community Building Superintendent.

"The SoCal Awards judges were very impressed by the new, fresh styling at Hampton Lane, the homes' incredible outdoor spaces, the models' vibrant interiors and the quality standard features—the bath designs were an especially big hit," said Lisa Parrish, Judging Chairman of the awards.
