Paul G. Farrell Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Paul G. Farrell attributes his success to education, experience and relationships he acquired in the building restoration industry

RALEIGH, NC, August 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paul G. Farrell, Business Development Manager for Carolina Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc., the Southeastern Regional Office of the Lindman Companies, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who's for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in structural facade repair and restoration.

As a business development manager for Carolina Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. Paul G. Farrell is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with engineers, architects, property managers, general contractors and building owners who may be potential customers of their building restoration contracting firm. He also represents the company at project information meetings, analyzes and determines project requirements, prepares bids, negotiates and closes contracts. Paul became involved in his profession because of an interest in building restoration and he attributes his success to education, experience and relationships he acquired in the building restoration industry.

Mr. Farrell received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1985. He is a member of the Waterproofing Contractors Association (WCA), the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI), and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). He also serves as a Board of Director member of the ICRI's North Carolina chapter, and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
