Chrome Custom Cycles is now offering several versions of a Hayabusa Tank Cover, an easier and cheaper aftermarket solution to replacing the Hayabusa gas tank, allowing for greater bike customization or camouflaging a damaged tank.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC, December 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chrome Custom Cycles is excited to announce the launch of our Hayabusa Tank Cover. This innovative custom Hayabusa part is a cheaper and easier solution to replacing the Hayabusa gas tank - allowing Hayabusa owners to easily change the look of their bike or cover a damaged tank.

The Gas Tank Cover, available in any of the Suzuki Hayabusa OEM colors, is quickly installed over the existing gas tank within approximately 10 minutes. This unique accessory has been carefully crafted to seamlessly hug the gas tank, making the cover nearly undetectable. It is available for both 1999-2007 Hayabusa models and 2008-2011 models.

Chrome Custom Cycles is offering several models of the Tank Cover, which include three racing versions as well as a stereo system option.The Deluxe stereo version comes with a Jensen, 7-inch flip touchscreen with a multimedia receiver - compatible with iPod and offering built-in navigation, Bluetooth, XM-ready, USB, DVD, MP3, WMA, and SD card features. It also includes a remote, 2 tweeters, and 2 midrange speakers - plus an optional 6-inch base speaker in the rear cowl.

The racing versions of the gas tank cover include an identical stock replica, a stock version with 2 nitrous bottles in a housing unit with a gauge, and a lay-down, low-profile version. Additionally, Chrome Custom Cycles offers the option of simply purchasing the gas tank cover housing unit, allowing Hayabusa owners to build their own ideas.
