Engineered Assemblies is a company which offers full service architectural design assistance to architects and owners. Their core purpose is to bring innovative envelope solutions to their clients to build distinctive commercial, institutional and custom houses, which perform in a superior manner. They work closely with the installation and construction community to ensure project success. Engineered Assemblies offers design support, engineered shop drawings and site observation for general compliance with manufacturers' instructions. They recently hired a rep for British Columbia and are focusing on growth in Western Canada.

Mr. Kubassek's background includes design as well as supplying and installing cladding systems of all types. John has years of hands on experience as a tradesperson, super and advisor on some of the most exciting jobs in the Ontario region. In addition, he teaches a course entitled The Creativity in Business. John attributes his success to the awareness that we are part of a greater force which when effectively harnessed will co-create with us.

At the age of 16, Mr. Kubassek started in construction as a welder and joined the Sheet Metal Workers union. After working in the field for 10 years as a building Façade Installer, he had advanced through the trade to reach management and spent another 9 years leading the Architectural Products Division at Semple Gooder for 9 years, expanding that division 10 fold in his tenure.

John's life-long aspirations to feel fulfillment through his work was fueled by his passion to make a difference and impact the world in a positive way. He decided to start his own company and apply the extensive experience and knowledge that he had gained along with his core values and guiding principles in establishing a Creative Energy Vortex. The industry responded with tremendous support and Engineered Assemblies has close to doubled in growth each year in business and has expanded from the East to West coast. A year and half after starting Engineered Assemblies, John started a full service installation company called Praxy Cladding Corp. which has also grown at a surprisingly fast rate.
