Kevin D. Holdridge Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Kevin D. Holdridge pioneers the green market in residential design

CHARLOTTE, NC, June 9, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin D. Holdridge, Designer and Owner of KDH Residential Designs, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of home design.

As the designer and owner of KDH Residential Designs, LLC, Mr. Holdridge is responsible for designing and remodeling high-end homes, consulting on green buildings, marketing and overseeing business operations. He has designed homes in the Charlotte area including Home-a-Rama showcases in The Peninsula, The Point, Ballantyne, Highgrove, Highgate and The Sanctuary. These homes have won several awards; The Sanctuary home won seven gold medals and was named Best Overall Home. In 2007, Mr. Holdridge designed the IDS Showhouse and four homes in the Parade of Homes at Hidden Lake in the Raleigh area. He attributes his success to being customer friendly and to his people management skills.

Mr. Holdridge received his Associate's Degree in Computer Animated Design and Drafting from Triangle Tech Institute in 1992. A Certified Green Professional, he is a member of the Charlotte Chapter of the Home Builders Association and the American Institute of Building Design. He sits on the Associate Council, Green Building Council and Remodeler's Council of the HBA of Charlotte. He hopes to continue designing high-end homes and remodels and publish a plan book.
