Mr. Frank is a Denver born native who was raised in the outdoors of southwest Littleton, CO and Jefferson County. Toby's construction career began during his high school years when he started out as a carpenter, framing houses as a summer job. After high school he joined the Unites States Marine Corps, served two years and was honorably discharged. Mr. Frank came back to Colorado and continued framing houses as a lead carpenter and foreman while attending college at nights where he obtained his Associates degree in Marketing.

Toby later joined a local home builder in 1998 in their customer service department as a warranty representative where he quickly learned construction process and customer importance. Mr. Frank was promoted through various company positions during his ten year employment. He ultimately achieved a managerial position where he was responsible for multi-million dollar housing communities in the Denver Metro Area. Some awards and certification obtained by Mr. Frank are:
