In her preliminary results, Cadac Organice reports strong growth over 2008 and is confident about the future
HEERLEN, THE NETHERLANDS, January 29, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cadac Organice BV, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and developer of Organice, a SharePoint based Engineering Document Management solution, reports strong growth over 2008 in her preliminary results. Despite the worldwide economical situation, Cadac Organice BV is confident about the future and expects companies to invest in Document Management solutions to increase their efficiency and their competitive edge.
In 2008, Cadac Organice BV continued the development of Organice and introduced 3 new Organice releases with new functionality in Organice Explorer and Organice Transmit, including enhanced CAD support (AutoCAD 2009, Revit 2009, MicroStation V8 XM, Bricscad V9), redlining, improved document distribution, the retransmit notification and the query based distribution matrix. Furthermore two new Organice modules were released:
• Organice Publish to publish SharePoint documents to other libraries or internal or external sites and to convert documents into independent file formats;
• Organice Solution Accelerator which accelerates your SharePoint based Engineering Document Management implementation with a deployment accelerator, a site provisioning tool and best practice site templates, and which enhances the document environment with document numbering and rule based item security.
Worldwide, Cadac Organice BV has seen strong growth in the number of Organice customers and seats. New customers were especially found in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and Process Industry. Among those new customers were small and mid-sized organizations as well as multinationals with offices worldwide.
In addition to new customers, Cadac Organice BV increased her distribution channel with a number of new partners and resellers in different geographies. New partners were found in the US, Europe and Africa. Furthermore, the Cadac Group expects to increase her distribution channel into Asia and the Pacific soon, especially to be able to respond efficiently to the increasing interest in Organice from Australia.
Per January 1st 2009, the Cadac Group Holding BV has restructured her organization to be able to better respond to the needs of her market. All Organice activities are put into five business units. Cadac Organice BV is responsible for the development and worldwide marketing of Organice. Cadac Organice BNL BV distributes Organice in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg), Cadac Organice Americas Inc. distributes Organice in North and South America, Cadac Organice EMEA BV distributes Organice in Europe, Middle East and Africa and the new to be founded Cadac Organice APAC BV, will distribute Organice in Asia and the Pacific.
