Dura Vermeer Division Construction and Property and Division Infra uses Organice company-wide
The Cadac Group, a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner developing Organice, a Microsoft SharePoint based engineering document management solution, has come to an agreement with Dura Vermeer Division Construction and Property and Division Infra for a company-wide rollout of Organice.

HEERLEN, THE NETHERLANDS, October 17, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Cadac Group, a leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner developing Organice, a Microsoft SharePoint based engineering document management solution, has come to an agreement with Dura Vermeer Division Construction and Property and Division Infra for a company-wide rollout of Organice.

Dura Vermeer Construction and Property is one of the first customers of the Cadac Group that started using Organice back in 2004 to manage their project documentation. Due to the implementation of SharePoint and Organice, the reliability of information has increased enormously for Dura Vermeer, and it is certain that everyone is working with the right and up-to-date information. Exchanging information has improved substantially and because information is centrally available, everyone is able to access information wherever they are.

Dura Vermeer Division Construction and Property has used Organice already successfully in multiple projects with prominent AEC companies in the Netherlands. In addition to this success, Dura Vermeer Division Construction and Property and Division Infra have now decided to rollout Organice company-wide to manage their documents in all projects.

At Dura Vermeer Construction and Property and Division Infra about 1500 users will manage their project documents with Organice Explorer. Furthermore Organice Transmit will be used to distribute documents efficiently to multiple recipients and to track these transmittals. Dura Vermeer also uses Organice Scan to scan incoming correspondence including invoices and Organice Publish to publish and convert documents.
