PARDEE HOMES PROMOTES JON LASH TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, COO
Pardee Homes, prominent developer of master-planned communities in California and Nevada, has promoted Jon Lash to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He replaces Hal Struck, who is retiring after 31 years of service to the company.

March 1—Pardee Homes, prominent developer of master-planned communities in California and Nevada, has promoted Jon Lash to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Lash was formerly senior vice president responsible for the company's acquisition and disposition of land assets. He replaces Hal Struck, who is retiring after 31 years of service to the company, including the past eight as executive vice president and COO.

Based in Pardee Homes' Los Angeles headquarters, Lash will oversee company operations throughout California and southern Nevada. Placing special focus on land acquisition, community development and homebuilding operations, he will work closely with senior management and Pardee Homes President and CEO Mike McGee.

"In his previous position, Jon influenced every project in ways that have added significantly to our extraordinary results, especially in recent years," said McGee. "We have every confidence in his ability to draw effectively upon the individual strengths of senior management, and to capitalize on the shared expertise this team brings to today's challenging business cycle."

Lash joined Pardee Homes in 1987, and has held progressively more challenging positions over his 21-year tenure, which began with the company's commercial/industrial department. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with emphasis on real estate development and property management.
